Matthew specializes in listing and selling homes in the greater Los Angeles area and is a sales associate at Nourmand and Associates, real estate.

Earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in design, with emphasis in interior architecture (from California State University of Long Beach), Matthew has strived to bring his design/art skills into his real estate career in a way that benefits his clients in all aspects of the process. In 2011, he began his real estate career in North East Los Angeles, working with a team of real estate professionals in restoring, staging and listing of distressed properties throughout the Los Angeles and Foothill communities. In 2012, he moved to the La Cañada Flintridge office of Dilbeck Real Estate, which, like Nourmand & Associates, is a member of Leading RE (Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®). After 10-years with Dilbeck Real Estate, achieving Estates Director designation and earning multiple years of awards for high sales volume within the company, Matthew moved to Nourmand and Associates in Hollywood.

Matthew’s negotiating skills, transactional support and background in interior design, interior decorating, and graphic design have been an extremely valuable instrument in the quality of service that he provides to his clients. He finds it important to bring a sense of integrity, respect and ethics to every aspect of his life, especially when it comes to his business. Offering 40 plus combined years of real estate experience with his long time partner and friend, Kimberly Burns Turner, and manager of Nourmand and Associates - Hollywood, he finds having creative and knowledgeable support behind him contributes to the success of his clients.

On a personal note, as a resident of Glendale, Matthew and his husband have enjoyed the sense of community they have found in Los Angeles all while being close to their family in Orange County. Matthew is an active member and volunteer with the Glendale Historical Society. His contributions in advancing the cause of historical preservation through his photography and graphic design earned him the 2018 Volunteer Award.
