Matthew specializes in listing and selling homes in the greater Los Angeles area and is a Sales Associate, Mentor, and Associate Training Director at Nourmand and Associates, a boutique luxury real estate brokerage.

Earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in design, with an emphasis in interior architecture (from California State University of Long Beach), Matthew has strived to bring his design/art skills into his real estate career in a way that benefits his clients in all aspects of the process. In 2011, he began his real estate career in North East Los Angeles, working with a team of real estate professionals in restoring, staging, and listing distressed properties throughout the Los Angeles and Foothill communities. In 2012, he moved to the La Cañada Flintridge office of Dilbeck Real Estate, which, like Nourmand & Associates, is a member of Leading RE (Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®). After 10 years with Dilbeck Real Estate, achieving Estates Director designation and earning multiple years of awards for high sales volume within the company, Matthew moved to Nourmand and Associates in Hollywood.

Matthew’s negotiating skills, transactional support and background in interior design, interior decorating, and graphic design have been an extremely valuable instrument in the quality of service that he provides to his clients. He finds it important to bring a sense of integrity, respect, and ethics to every aspect of his life, especially when it comes to his business. Matthew is heavily involved with Nourmand & Associates as an Associate Training Director and Mentor to up-and-coming new agents. Additionally, he finds having the creative and knowledgeable support of N&A behind him contributes to the success of his clients. In 2025 he was recognized as one of LA Magazine’s Real Estate All-Stars.

On a personal note, as a resident of Glendale, Matthew and his family have enjoyed the sense of community they have found in Los Angeles all while being close to their family in Orange County. Matthew is an active member and volunteer with the Glendale Historical Society. His contributions in advancing the cause of historical preservation through his photography and graphic design earned him the 2018 Volunteer Award and the 2024 President’s Award.
