My wife and I had just begun our house search and had an afternoon of open houses planned. While driving to the first house, we realized that another house was close by so we decided to stop by to see if we could peek in. We arrived an hour before the open house, but Matthew warmly welcomed us in to take a look around. The connection was immediate that we had found our Realtor. And as luck would have it, we landed our home on the first offer that Matthew and Kimberly helped write for us. Matthew was able to adapt to my changing property preferences as I learned what worked and didn't work for me starting the house hunting process. This made finding the right property a lot easier and quicker than I thought it would be. We found the right house for us within a month of searching, put in our first real offer, and got it accepted with a lower offer in a multiple offer situation. The closing process was a breeze with Matthew. He has a great network of contacts which reduces the stress and hassle of having to shop around yourself. All the while dealing with the sellers, escrow, and making all the paperwork easy to understand and fill out.

We were previously working with another agent and were pretty underwhelmed by her commitment to helping find a house. Fortunately, we randomly met Matthew Letcher at an open house in La Crescenta and were charmed by his easy demeanor and soft sell. Just for kicks, later that week we asked him if he'd be interested in showing us some houses the following weekend, and as he led us through homes, it was clear to me and my wife that we just clicked with him.
We felt like Matthew really understood our needs and tastes.
